Your family's details, handled gently.

The plain-language version:we collect the minimum needed to run one baby guessing game — your email, the baby details you choose to enter, and your guests' first names and guesses. We never sell any of it, we don't show ads, and card numbers never touch our servers. Skies are archived two years after purchase.
What we collect
- Hosts (the account holder):your email address and password (stored hashed by our auth provider), the baby's nickname, due date, the categories you enable, and — after the birth — the actual details you enter for the reveal.
- Guests:the first name they type, their predictions, and any wish they leave. Guests don't create accounts and we don't set tracking cookies on them.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We store only a payment reference so we can find your purchase — never card details.
- Diagnostics: we use Sentry for error monitoring so we can fix crashes. Error reports are technical, not marketing data.
What we do with it
Only what the game needs: showing guesses on your sky, scoring them at the reveal, and displaying first names on the leaderboard to everyone who has your event link. We never sell or rent personal information, and we don't run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Who can see a sky
Anyone with the event link can see the guessing page, the waiting sky, and — after the reveal — the leaderboard and birth details. The link is unguessable, but it is a link: share it with the people you'd share the news with. Baby details are never shown to guests before you trigger the reveal.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (our database and auth provider) and processed by Vercel (hosting) and Stripe (payments). Each is bound by its own security and privacy obligations.
How long we keep it
Your sky stays live for two years from purchase so the family can revisit it. After that it may be archived and removed. Want it gone sooner — or a copy of what we hold? Email hello@tinyhunch.appand we'll take care of it.
Your rights
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information — including a guest asking for their guess to be removed — at hello@tinyhunch.app.
Children
Tiny Hunch is for the grown-ups around a baby. The only information about the baby is what the parents choose to enter and reveal.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new date.
